Went to the gym and had to run on a treadmill. It was really hot up there and I ate too close to running so it didn't feel all that great.

Did an easy run on campus with Tay today. I miss all my running buddies from Lehi though. 6 minutes of abs tonight and 10 minutes of abs last night. Plus I signed up for Gym today so I'll be buff in no time.
